THIS package (latex2rtf-unix) contains the source code only.

The 2.2.1c package is the same as 2.2.1b
except that "copyright" is renamed to "Copyright"

The 2.2.1b package is the same as 2.2.1a 
plus files in doc/web/ added 
so that they need not be generated by make install
which chokes if perl isn't installed.

The 2.2.1a package is the same as 2.2.1 
plus missing files in doc/ added.
In package 2.2.1a the files have DOS/Windows line endings,
this is corrected in 2.2.1b
